Subscriptions & Pre-orders Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select.

  • Billing: Your payment method is stored securely and charged on each renewal date.

  • Manage: You can pause, skip, change or cancel anytime via your account or the link in your order/renewal emails.

  • Cut-off: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal to take effect for that cycle.

  • Returns: Each delivery is covered by our 14-day return window for unopened, sealed products only. Opened supplements aren’t returnable for health/hygiene reasons. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Pre-orders (if enabled)

From time to time we may offer items on pre-order. Estimated dispatch windows are shown on the product page.

  • Payment: We may take full payment, a deposit, or an authorisation at checkout and charge the balance when your order is ready to ship.

  • Cancel before dispatch: You can cancel a pre-order any time before it’s dispatched for a full refund of amounts paid.

  • After dispatch: Standard return rules apply (14 days; sealed/unopened only for supplements).

Try Before You Buy

Not available for food supplements. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we don’t offer TBYB on ingestible products.
