We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Rosiria.
Your Right to Cancel (UK distance selling)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. For health and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply once a food supplement has been opened or the seal broken. Unopened, sealed items are eligible for return—see below. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Change-of-Mind Returns (sealed items only)

Returns accepted for 14 days from delivery on unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items remain your responsibility until they reach us; we recommend a tracked service.
Non-returnable items

Any opened or unsealed food supplement.

Items not in their original packaging or showing signs of use.

Gift cards (if applicable).
Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage where applicable.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. (Your bank/card provider may take longer to show the funds.)
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original (if eligible) for a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
