Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Options (UK)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (aims 2–3 working days)

  • £3.99 for orders £20.00 and under

  • Free for orders over £20.00

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (aims next working day)

  • £4.99 for orders £100.00 and under

  • Free for orders over £100.00

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day.

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends/bank holidays will dispatch the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your parcel ships.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • All services are tracked. Please use the tracking link in your dispatch email.

  • If a parcel is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days of the scan so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

  • If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect/incomplete address or not being collected, we can reship (postage charged) or refund minus original postage once it arrives back with us.

Returns

We follow UK consumer law and also comply with health & hygiene rules for ingestible products.

Change-of-Mind Returns (Sealed Items Only)

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Item

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return postage where applicable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original (if eligible) for a refund.
